摘要:
IEC 60099-4:2014避雷器国际标准以重复电荷转移能力试验替代长持续时间电流冲击耐受试验,特对不同厂家、不同配方的电阻片进行测试。实验表明:RL配方的电阻片重复电荷转移前后工频电压变化超出标准规定5%的限值,通过8/20 μs雷电正反各筛选一次,然后再进行重复电荷转移实验或重复电荷转移实验过程中正反向交叉测试,可使RL配方电阻片重复电荷转移测试前后工频电压变化率<5%,在标准范围内。
Abstract:
The IEC 60099-4:2014 international standard for arresters replaces the long-term current impulse withstand test with repeated charge transfer capability tests. It is specially tested for resistors from different manufacturers with different formulations.Experiments show that the power frequency voltage change before and after repeated charge transfer of the RL formula exceeds the standard limit of 5%,through 8/20 μs lightning positive and negative screening and then repeated charge transfer experiments or repeated charge transfer experiments in the forward and reverse cross-test, the RL formula resistors can repeat the charge transfer test before and after the power frequency voltage change rate <5%, within the scope of the standard.
