摘要:
为了提高ZnO压敏电阻综合电气性能,采用单一变量法研究了Bi2O3、Co2O3和Ni2O3不同比例掺杂对ZnO压敏电阻微观结构、电气性能及冲击老化特性的影响。研究结果表明:随着Bi2O3掺杂含量的增加,ZnO压敏电阻晶粒尺寸增大,直流1 mA参考电压减小,非线性系数先增大后减小,泄漏电流先减小后增大; 随着Co2O3掺杂含量的增加,ZnO压敏电阻晶粒尺寸几乎没有变化,但晶粒间尖晶石数量增加,使得直流1 mA参考电压增大,非线性系数增大,泄漏电流先减小后增大; 随着Ni2O3掺杂含量的增加,ZnO压敏电阻晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,直流1 mA参考电压增大,非线性系数先增大后减小,泄漏电流先减小后增大; 当Bi2O3、Co2O3和Ni2O3添加物掺杂量分别为2.1%、3%和0.5%时,ZnO压敏电阻可以获得较好的综合电气性能和耐冲击老化能力。
Abstract:
In order to improve the comprehensive electrical properties of ZnO varistors, the effects of Bi2O3, Co2O3 and Ni2O3 doping ratios on the microstructures, electrical properties and impact aging properties of ZnO varistors were studied by single variable method. The results showed that with the increase of Bi2O3 doping content, the grain size of ZnO varistor increased, the voltage gradient decreased, the non-linear coefficient increased first and then decreased, and the leakage current decreased first and then increased. Besides, with the increase of Co2O3 doping content, the grain size of ZnO varistors changed brightly whereas the increase of the number of intracrystalline spinels caused the voltage gradient as well as the non-linear coefficient increased, and the leakage current decreased first and then increased. Additionally, with the increase of Ni2O3 doping content, the grain size of ZnO varistor decreased gradually, the voltage gradient increased, the non-linear coefficient increased first and then decreased, and the leakage current decreased first and then increased. When the doping content of Bi2O3, Co2O3 and Ni2O3 additives were 2.1%, 3% and 0.5%, respectively, ZnO varistors can obtain better comprehensive electrical properties and shock aging resistance.
