摘要:
为了准确测量35 kV氧化锌避雷器直流1 mA电压值,在分析氧化锌电阻片基本特性的基础上,通过模拟试验仿真,傅里叶函数变换以及对几组35kV避雷器的现场试验,分析了试验时有无滤波电容对测量的影响。分析结果表明,在无滤波电容试验时,直流1 mA电压值降低20%左右,且试验后绝缘电阻测量值明显下降。而有滤波电容试验时,输出电压更接近恒定的直流电压,且电容值越大,波动系数越小,测量结果越准确。但对于35 kV氧化锌避雷器试验,考虑电容的充电时间,依据经验建议其电容值取0.3~1.0 μF为宜。
Abstract:
In order to accurately measure the 1mA DC voltage value of 35kV MOA, based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of MOA, the influence on the test of presence or absence of filter capacitor is analyzed, by test simulation and Fourier transformation; even several groups of 35kV MOA are tested in the field. The results show that when there is no filter capacitor in the test, 1mA DC voltage value decreases by about 20%, and the insulation resistance measurements decrease significantly after the test. When tested with the filter capacitor, the output voltage is more nearly constant DC voltage, and the greater the capacitance value, the smaller the fluctuation coefficient, the more accurate measurement results. But for the test of 35kV MOA, considering the charging time of the capacitor, the capacitance is suggested to value 0.3 ~ 1.0 μF based on the experience.
